Shopping and Payment

Unfortunately as a small business, we are not able to maintain adjustments that many large corporate retailers put in place since our margins are now razor thin due to our product & shipping cost increases and inflation. We do however appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to support charities around the world in need through your purchase.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a seamless checkout experience.

Please note that once an order has been processed, we are unable to apply any promo codes or make changes to the order's price. The price at which your order was processed is final, and we cannot retroactively modify it.

It's important to keep in mind that prices are subject to change, and we cannot apply sale prices to past orders or offer price matching for future sales. Our pricing policy ensures fairness and consistency for all customers.

Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order.

It's simple to complete your purchase in installments with Afterpay by following the steps below:

  1. Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method
  2. If you already have an Afterpay account, log in and complete your checkout.
  3. Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment, as quickly as you choose, and your purchase will be billed in 4 installments.

Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in the United States. Unfortunately, Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining 3 payments deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your chose payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before you scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

The minimum order value is $35 and the maximum order value is $1000.

Current Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Times:

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days

Important Details:

  1. The checkout shipping estimate shows transit time only, not processing time
  2. UPS, DHL, and USPS are experiencing high volume delays
  3. International orders may face additional customs and duty delays

Guaranteed delivery dates apply only when:

  • Shipping address is correct
  • No weather disruptions occur
  • No carrier delays happen
  • Package is shipping within the US

Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. is $4-$8 depending on weight, but we do offer free shipping on all USA orders over $50.

International shipping from our fulfillment center is $25-$35 depending on weight, with free shipping on orders over $150.

Just a reminder, standard shipping for U.S. orders is 4-10 business days, and international shipping is from 7-40 business days.

The above times do not include the 24-48 hours it takes for our warehouse to process and pack your order once it is received.

Every order requires at least 2 business days of processing time before it leaves the warehouse and will typically arrive within 4-10 business days.

Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via UPS + USPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please email us at trueandbetter@gmail.com and go through the return process. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!

We’ll replace the damaged item within 30 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, email us at trueandbetter@gmail.com to go through the return/exchange process.

Three exceptions:

  1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
  2. If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.
  3. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
